One thing to remember. Once you have changed your DNS info at you domain registrar, it can take up to THREE DAYS for your domain to propagate throughout the various databases on the internet. If after three days your domain is still unreachable, try using this site:

http://www.alertra.com/

This should give you an idea if there any bottle necks to your domain. And lastly before you email support@zboxhosting.com check with your ISP. ISP's are nortorious for being slow to update their DNS databases.
