Greetings From The Beautiful Hills Of Tennessee

Hi Bert, Rox & All, I am on my new puter and would like to move my Family Pictures to a album I have on puter. I have zipped it but thats as far as I get.
Should I ask this thru e-mail, learn to do it myself, which Ya know me, I can screw something up that can;t be screwed up, LOL or is the forum a good place to do it?
If e-mail, you can sent to my webtv, or zbox or to AEG56@msn.com
I am learning ut don't want to screw anything up that can't be fixed Buddy!!!! :bootyshake:
I can use all the help I can get. Oh and I have ordered the book for dummies but I am an on the job learner for sure.

It's easy 'Bro. In Ziteman, just click on the zip file. A popup will come up asking to click ok to view the contents of the zip OR click cancel to download it. Click "Cancel" then click "OK". Then another popup will come up and it will ask you:
"Would you like to open the file, or save it to your computer?"
Click on "Save". Then choose the directory you would like to save the file to. Then click on "Save". The file will then download. Badda bing, badda done!

I thought that was the way, but wanted to be sure. I got it to puter, now getting unzipped. LOL it gives me 10-15 things I can use to unzip the file, but dang all them pop-ups saying are you sure you want to do this or put on a disk to do later incase they are corupt, LOL. I got tired of the PC so is is on webby again. Gotta clear my head of that thang, LOL thanks again. OH yea, more questions to come, ha ha ha

OOPS, 1 more question.
I sent CB an e-mail from my zbox mail, but from the PC. She got an attachment or download with my e-mail, but I get them even when I send something to my zbox mail from my webtv, or from a couple of other places that send account infoto me a zbox, like my freepgs accounts. Why is it, and is there something I have at my zbox mail set the wrong way. All the attachments or downloads are, is webtv and internet jumbo even to CB. I can click where it says simple headers at the e-mail in the account, and it is about the same thing when it changes to, I forget.....what. LOL

On the two webmail programs we use (Neomail and Horde) both are text only. Any other things in an email such as images or your Webtv sigs will show as attachments. This is for safety. If Webmail was html based then all attachments would automatically open. Which means if there is an attachment with a virus it would automatically open and the virus would install itself. Not good. The rule of thumb in the PC world is NEVER EVER open an attachment unless you know who it's from AND you know what the attachment is. The best way to get files through webmail is to send the url of the file.

Bert my friend, I had a really kool reply, but clicked spell check, the hit back and lost all I said so, I can't remember all of it so I will say,

I am going to check my mail and see if when I opened it, I did a little html in there. I never have a sig or attachments in my e-mails so that must be part of it.
