Moving My Domain

HELP?!? blink I want to move my domain here, but I don't have a clue what I need to do. I got it though yahoo through my original geocities acct when I had webTV (SirFalott). It was so easy - all I did was pay. Now I don't know what the first step is (other than this?). I have no working concept of 'configuring POP, what MySQL is or any of the technical stuff. So who do I contact - or is it just clicking some buttons. Step by step guidance would be greatly appreciated. TIA, John

Hi John,
All you need do is email me the domain name and I'll see if we need to transfer it from a registrar or purchase it outright. Either way the charge is $7.94 per year for .com, .net, or .net domains. And yes you would be the owner of the domain. You've taken the first step by emailing me, and we can guide you through everything else.

I thought at one point you were offering free domain names with P500. If so, I need to transfer mine from Dreamserver Technologies to ZboX. If not, I need to transfer mine from Dreamserver Technologies to ZboX. Let em know what you require to get it done as I am already into my grace period for renewal.

Hi Sandy,
Just email me your domains contact info and I'll get the transfer started. The charge for the transfer will be $7.94 and that includes a one year extension on your domain. No, we've never offered free domains. We've always felt that folks are better off owning their own domains.

Hey Bert! I was going to send an MO for the registration fee, but the registration costs about the same as the damn money order(never mind the stamp) rolleyes, so I'll just pay with my Visa. E-mail me and let me know how, pleeeez??  biggrin Thanx...
