When I am on the PC I get the page I made by using my domain name but when on WebTV it goes no where, it acts like its loading but I am still where I was at. This even happens when I am in my email. http://www.webtv4kids.com

Hi Donna,
First off I moved your post here from the "Pre-Sales" forum as the topic is more suited for this forum.
Can you give us a little more info about the problem? How long has this been going on? Does it work when you go to http://webtv4kids.com ? In other words without the www ? Are you having problems going to any other sites? If this is a recent probem, nothing has changed on your account. When you CAN get to a site with a PC but then CAN'T with Webtv that's usually a sign of Webtv having problems. You probably can't use your Ziteman either in that case. But while the problem is happening, if you check other sites that aren't on ZboX, you'll find you can't get to them either. That's a sure sign of a Webtv problem.

I am not real sure how long it has been going on since I did not have a good TV to hook up the WebTV. Usually when I go to a site on WebTV I just put the domain name in the go to but I did try adding the http and the www and got the same results. The url shows for last url shows the right one but it didn't open up. The only thing I know that I have done is for a christmas present my domain name was renewed but I don't see how that would effect it since the PC opens it up. I have not tryed using the manager on it but will try and see what happens. And TY Bert for moving this to the right area.

Ok I got into the file manager just fine, clicked on the page from there it opened up, then tried without the www and it opened up that way as well, tried what zbox sites I could find and they opened up but there was no www in the show last url. So I tried adding www and they still opened up. This is just totally confusing me, maybe it is a WebTV problem.
