bigeyedsmiley Wow! Maybe there are Webtv issues in your neighborhood tonight? I just clicked on the llink and got there just fine. The actual post is in the Frequently Asked Questions section. But here is the text from the post:

Ok here is how you set up Pop3 mail on Webtv.

1. In your Webtv email page click on "Settings" at the top.
2. On the next screen click on "Remote Mail"
3. In the next screen click on "Other Remote Mail"
4. On the next screen enter your email info:
Username: Your ZboX email address ie: billybob@billybobthornton.com
Password: The password you set in ZboX for the email address
Pop3 Servername: mail.yourzboxdomain.com

Then there is a check box for "Leave messages on server?" That option is up to you.  If you check the box, all mail you retrieve from ZboX will be deleted from the server and will reside in your Webtv email account until you delete them. If you leave the box unchecked, all mail will remain on the ZboX server and you will physically have to go to your ZboX email page and delete them from there.

5. Next click on "Continue"
6. Next click on "Done"

After you have done this you will notice a new link on the sidebar of your Webtv email page. The link is
"Fetch". When you click that link, it will fetch all of your Pop3 mail from ZboX. You must click the Fetch link in order to retrieve your Pop mail. Webtv does not do it automatically.

That's all there is to it!
