Log-in pop-up keeps popping up

When I'm using the file manager, the log in pop keeps coming up and I have to keep re-logging in before I can contunue.   Also, when I upload a midi, it goes in twice, once with a number attatched and I have to delete the extra one.  Once it went in 3 times. Jimmee said you have to reset something, is this correct?  And would you if this will fix it?  TY!
