Backups

We do daily backups of all files on the server. However things do happen! ALWAYS have another backup option. PC users you can dowload a compressed backup of all of your files on your account right to your PC! Just go into your Cpanel and in the "Account Management" section click on "Backup". When the screen changes at the top of the page you will see the link "Download Today's Home Backup". Click that link and follow the prompts and you will then download a .tar file of all of your accounts contents except for any mysql databases you might be using. To backup your databases just click on the link right below "Download a SQL DB Backup".

Msntv users can not download a backup. But you have backup options also. To find out how to do a server to server backup click HERE.
