Why doesn't my ZboX mail work?

The main email account Cpanel creates when the account is created is just a "catch all" address. Unrouted mail such as "admin@yourdomain.com" when you don't have an "admin" email address. All mail that goes to the catchall will be deleted. You must create an email address for your account. In Cpanel's "Email Management Tools" click on "Add/Remove email accounts". Then click on "Add Account". Then choose your email address, your password (most folks use the same password as their Cpanel login) and a disk quota (optional) for the account.
