 My poor old Sammi is getting so old now, I can't help but wonder how much longer I'll have her around.... <sigh>
Her eyesight is getting bad, her hearing is worse n worse every day; she's losing all the muscle she built up for so many years flying after frisbees and balls.... <sigh>
She goes to run up the steps and trips; her rear legs can't keep up with the front end.... <sigh>
She seems confused at times - getting senile..... <sigh>
I've had to take her to the Vet at least once a month for the last 6 months.... But, with all this, she is still mostly a happy girl, who loves her mama, and has no problem eating!

Awww, donna I know how hard it is to watch our dear pets grow older.
I watched my "Cosmo" lab/shepherd go blind, but he managed to get around by smell for a while.
..;-)

((((Donna)))) and ((((Sammi)))). So sorry to hear about Sammi Donna . It's sad that their time with us has to be so short. But the love they give is so pure and wonderful. All we can do is just give it back to them in return.
