I'm having probs logging into my zbox account.
I was using a webtv but recently got a pc so i've been using it instead. I haven't been having any problems at all until just a few mins ago.
When i first started on my pc i saved my account on my favorites. Whenever i click on my favorites, then click on zbox filemanager a pop up would come up for my user name and password. I'd type them in and bingo i'm in my account. No problem.
Today i keep getting a page that says something about not being able to verify that i'm allowed to view this page. What happened? Does this have something to do with the hurricane?
Can someone please help me out? If possible please email me at my pc addy below, i'm not sure i'll be able to find this page again. lol

Sarah,
I've emailed you regarding this. It appears the server load on Nova spiked for a bit due to backups running this morning. This caused a slowdown overall on the server. Now backups normally run during the midnight hours, but they were delayed until this morning in order for the Sysadmins to do some preventative maintenance. And I reminded the Sysadmin that when that happens I need to know about it!! (Grrrr) But everything should be running normally now. Sorry about the headache.
