I set up an email account, no problem.
I sent test emails from horde and squirrel to my msn email, no problem.
I then sent a test message back, problem. I didn't recieve a message to horde or squirrel
So, where did I go wrong?

Ok, the problem is I believe this. Whenever a ZboX account is created for Cpanel an email address is created in the account that uses the same username as the accounts username. In Cpanel it is also called your "Main" email address. That is a "catch all" email address. All unrouted mail, such as "admin@username.zboxhosting.net" is sent to the catchall as it's obviously spam if you don't have an "admin" email address. Spam that goes to the catch all is basically deleted. You have created another email address which basically is the same as the catch all. Which is fine. Cpanel knows the difference between the two. However when you are logging into Horde or Squirrel Mail Cpanel automatically assumes you are logging into the main email address, which is the catch all, and therefore you won't see any of your legitimate email there. The solution is simple. Go to your email login screen and at the top right of the page you will see a "Log Out" link. Click on that link to log out. Then log back in using the full email address that you want to check. Even though it's the same as the catch all it will get you into your created email address.
Give that a shot and let me know if you have any problems.

That sounds logical. I'll try it but, should I set up a different name for my email to make it easier? My site is called Frayed Edges, so, would it be better if I set an email such as frayed@rmartin.?
