As some of you on Nova have noticed Cpanel is not reporting bandwidth used correctly. No you are NOT over your bandwidth and NO accounts will be shut down due to this error. Some accounts are showing as much as 148 percent of their monthly alottment used. The Sysadmins are aware of the problem and will work on resolving the situation tomorrow. Tonight is maintenance night for them so seeing this is NOT an emergency they will deal with it when time allows.

The bandwidth spikes have been stopped. Thy Sysadmins are looking at this very closely as this is the same problem that cropped up in October. All bandwidth amounts will be reset to zero with the next 24 hours.
