block HTML email

I seem to remember that I'm able to block HTML from coming in. Lately, I'm able to see some graphics. I don't want to, as people can insert spyware and junk into them.

I've sniffed all around my email options, but I can't figure out how to block HTML.

Did I make that up? Is it something I can do?

I'm afraid to say I need some hand-holding in this... Sorry to be trouble.

Which email program are you using to receive mail? Horde, Squirrelmail etc?

Well, mostly, I use neomail. Would b nice 2 block html on any & all, tho...

Unfortunately that option is only available in Squirrelmail in our web based email programs. Click on "Options", then click on "Display Preferences", then under "Message Display and Composition" where it says "Show HTML Version by Default" click the "Yes" or "No" tick box.
