Can't get into Zbox account??

 Sad I have been in and out of the hospital since Nov. Not much time to be on. I can't get into my ZboX pages/Account I have been trying every chance I could and nothing. I don't really know how I got on to here???? My payments are up to date, never late. How do gain access agian??? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tammy,
The reason is that I moved everyone on Comet to a new server in Los Angeles. The new servers name is Mig. I tried contacting you several times about the move but no answer was received. The resason your account is unreachable is because you need to change the name servers with your domains registrar. The new name servers are:

ns1.zboxhosting.com
ns2.zboxhosting.com

If you don't know how to change the nameservers at your registrar let me know as I can do that for you. But that would require me to have your login info at your registrars site.

Sorry about this Tammy, but once we get the correct name servers pointed to your account everything will be fine.

Ok message sent. I didn't send it to the above email addy's as they are both invalid. But I did send it to the addresses I have that are similar to those.
