If you do have a problem, please follow these steps:


(1). Look through the Frequently asked Questions area.
(2). Then search through the Help Forum. If your answer isn't there then post your problem or question in the Help Forum.
(3). If you can't find an answer then email your problem to:

For support, please don't send me a personal message [PM] through this forum as the forum PM system is NOT for technical support.
All support that is not password sensitive or sensitive in any other way (i.e. don't post IP numbers etc.), should be posted into the Help Forum first. That way everyone can learn from it.
