Are things really slow in Ziteman?
« on: July 15, 2006, 03:12:09 PM »

Or is it just me??  Trying to maneuver around in my file manager is like slogging through mud.  I'm not having any problems accessing other things - just working in file manager.

Seems ok here ML. On both Mig and Aries. And thats on dialup LOL! Neither servers are having any issues that I can see. But I'll investigate further.

The problem seems to be strictly in opening things in the file manager.  I just loaded a zip file in & it went like gangbusters.  But opening a page or looking at a graphic or switching from one file or directory to another is like turtle central.

Just adding that I believe ML's issues were due to her ISP. We'll know more in the next 24 hours.

Don't know about that   If it was my ISP - then everything would be slow - and the ONLY thing that was slow was the file manager
