lost my site

Hey bert

I don't know what I did. I uploaded a picture to my FountainCityFurniture site and somehow it created a public file? Tried to delete it, but it wouldn't. Now I can't get back in because it says my address can't be found on server. When you get a chance, could you see if you can sort it out for me?

We are on it R. Before we restore the site we are trying to figure out what caused the issue. More info ASAP.

I have sent an email to R regarding this issue. There are some things I need to figure out. I'll report more here on what happened as soon as I get it sorted out.

Just a thought. If I tried to load a picture which had '&' in the file name, would that cause the problem?

I just went to upload the same pic when I began to have my trouble yesterday, and I noticed it had a '&' in it, so I changed the '&' to 'and', and it loaded fine.

Yup that probably was the culprit as my email to you has explained. Ziteman just doesn't like illegal characters.
