Uptime is the holy grail of webhosting companies. If your sites are down two or three times a week, you need to find yourself a new hosting company. If you are using your account to host your sig images, then your server needs to be up. Webtv users all know about the dreaded "black box" in their sigs when their server is down. Everyone raise their hands about the complaints they received when their server was down and their sig images failed to load. Of course we are not perfect. No hosting company is. Our last reboot was 98 days ago. Those reboots were due to a kernel upgrade on the servers:

At the time of those reboots the servers were up for 180 days. On those reboots the servers were down for less than five minutes. We are currently beyond half way to that goal yet again.
If your websites are important to you, or your sigs need to consistently load,
