Whenever I begin a new page, it starts with,
<!doctype html public "-//w3c//dtd html 4.0 transitional//en">
This gives me problems when I try to validate my code. I get an error mesage that this is an improper doctype. Can this be changed?

Yes it can be changed and I will do that for you shortly. It shoud read:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
That will validate properly.

Just finished changing all my pages code for the headers. Got rid of a drop down menu and used some CSS to make things easier and faster. First time I've had a validation site tell me Congratulations you have no errors.
