What 'ya got there??

What End of Life means is that after a set date (8/8/08) Php 4 will no longer be supported by the folks at Php.net. After they stop supporting it, Php 4 will become a major security risk as there will be NO security patches for it. So sometime between now and August we will remove Php 4 from our servers. I'll give ya'll plenty of warning before hand. The best thing you can do is start upgrading your scripts to Php 5 now. The sooner you get that done the less you will have to worry. You can change to Php 5 by following the instructions here: http://zboxhosting.com/board/index.php/topic,443.from1151566648/topicseen.html#msg1694That only applies to the ZboX servers. The DAP servers will be handled differently. But even for the DAP servers we will be removing Php 4 by the start of August. ~;-) Bert |
