Terms Of Service for ZboX Web Hosting
1. No warez, cracking, or hacking sites, or ANYTHING having to do with them. Any form of hacking EVEN IF IT IS OFF SERVER by a ZboX account holder will result in the termination of the account. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. No pornography. No sexually suggestive, or "Adult Content" sites. No Hate sites.
3. No Spamming, or any use of the ZboX Web Hosting servers for spam related activities.
4. No harrasment of any individual, or harrasment related sites about ANYBODY or any COMPANY. Be they on the ZboX servers or off. Please find other things to do with your time and bandwidth.
5. No irc servers.
6. Anyone found attempting to "break in" to any ZboX Web Hosting account will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.
7. No running of malicious or "runaway" scripts. "I didn't know the script would do that." Will not be acceptable as an excuse. If you don't know what it does or can do, then don't run it.
8. All ZboX Web Hosting account holders and members of the ZboX Web Hosting forums MUST be at least 18 years of age. No Exceptions.
9. Real Audio: Hosting of Real Audio .ram files is not allowed. .ram files are just pointers to the actual Real Media file on another server. However, you CAN host the actual Real Media file (file extenstion .rm) if you have permission from the artist that created the file AND permission from ZboX Webhosting to host the file. Please email support@zboxhosting.com for more information.
10. ZboX Webhosting reserves the right to enter client accounts at any time.
11. No advertising of competing servers.
12. ZboX Webhosting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
13. ZboX Web Hosting reserves the right to add to and/or change the TOS at any time. Please check it regularly.
14. Posting of url's for filemanagers and/or passwords be it ours or another hosting companies, on unprotected web pages, or in news groups or forums is a violation of our TOS and will result in immediate termination of your account.
15. Logins for MagickStudio at ZboX are ONLY for the individual requesting the login. Members allowing outside parties use of their MagickStudio login is a violation of our TOS.
16. Running of proxies or "anonymizer" scripts will not be allowed on the ZboX or DAP servers. These scripts can cause excessive load on the server, and can also be used for malicious purposes.
The violation of any of the rules in the Terms of Service can result in the instant termination of your ZboX Web Hosting account and banning from the ZboX Web Hosting forums with no rights to any refunds.
Refund Policy:
Everyone moves on. If your account is in good standing and you feel it's time to go then you will be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be calculated by dividing by twelve your yearly account price. The refund will NOT include the month you ask for your refund. In other words if you started your account in January and you decided to leave in June, your refund would be from July to December. Just email support@zboxhosting.com and we'll work out the details on closing your account.
