I am aware of the filemanager problem. Not sure what happened as of yet. But I'm working on it.

More info. Seems something happened to our installation of Perl. We might have to reinstall it. And of course we'll have to investigate how that happened. But fear not. Everyones files are safe. Pages are loading.

I am reinstalling Perl now. ETA 20 to 30 minutes.

Apparently I'm going to have to reinstall all of the Perl modules also. That means it's going to take longer. Probably 45 minutes to an hour. My apologies for this. After we get this fixed I will investigate the cause so this doesn't happen again.

The cause of the issue is an update to Cpanel. The reinstalltion of Perl has been completed but we are still getting the errors. I think what we'll need to do is roll Cpanel back to the last version. I'm confering with the sysadmins now. More updates asap.

Ah, found it! Normally a reinstall of Perl will automatically restart Apache after the reinstallation is complete. But apparently I did an update to Perl which doesn't restart Apache. So, I manually restarted Apache and everyone is now back up.
