Where is the "I'm cautiously optimistic" choice Bert? Too big a gap twixt first and second option for me, although I will happily admit I haven't experienced any problems... well any problems since the original ones anyway - yet... <knocking on wood>

I couldn't say excellent because not having email is a major problem. Having Imagick makes up for the lack of email for now but...

Imagick is not only good for what I can do with it but also it is giving me a handle on OOP. Looking forward to flash and Image 3D.

Hi Mike,
Flash and Image 3D should be working. If they aren't please show me the errors you get.

Email should be up next week, providing this new subdomain email system works for Webtv users. But we have nothing to lose at this point so we'll give it a go.

Mike flash is working for me or atleast all of my webwizards scripts are working for me,check them out here-

Fatal error: Call to undefined function swf_openfile() in /home/djmike/public_html/mike/temp/08/06/flash_01.php on line 2

Gotta find a 3D script. The only ones that I know of are the ones in Image 3D itself but I have those stashed away.

Nancy, are you on capricorn? Only ex-domania/amish/pdhomes users are on capricorn and I thought you were already on zbox before I got moved.

There are some more examples in the down load but they exceed memory allocation when they run. Image has even less documentation than Imagick. It has NO documentation at all! To get a list of methods and constants, we will have to go through the source code.

Mike yes I'm on Capricorn,I had an Amish account not a zbox account.

I set the permission of the folders that those ming scripts are in to 711 and the scripts themselves are set to 644 though 755 also works for both scripts and folders.Do you still have yours set at 777 from Amish?

The scripts are 644, the folders 777. What error message are you getting?

Reread my post Mike,I stated I have my folder chmod at 711 and my files at 644 BUT chmoding both at 755 also works on capricorn.I'm getting no errors because those ming scripts work for me on capricorn with the above chmods.

It was at Amish the bojuum server that I had to set my php scripts at 644 and my folders at 777 for some of the ming scripts.

In Cap's PHP environment 777 is not needed. 755 should work just fine.

Mike,
Swf functions should be working now. However we had to install libswf in order to do that and it hasn't been updated since 2000. So the only way you will be able to use those functions is in Php 4.
