Yet in my File Manager I get this..

Hi Scooby,
If you sent the payment via PayPal in February or before then most likely no. However I will take your word for it. I'm still working on getting folks into the new billing system (it's the ZboX billing system so you already know how that works.). Eventually the due date in the file manager is going to be replaced with a link to the billing system. The old Domania billing system is borked. Too many parts of it missing or never completed in the first place. In order for me to change the due date in everyones file manager, I have to go into a directory and actually type the next due date in a file for each account. The ZboX billing system as you know will allow everyone to easily look and see exactly where the account stands as far as next due date, invoices paid etc. And it's all automatic and only requires me to accept the payments. Way more efficient.
