Freezing up

Hi..
Just to let you know my sites on edit pages are freezing up.  Then the MSN icon comes on at bottom and even it can't move.  Then later as I try to wait it out to be able to move, there's a pop up saying I was kept too long. 

This happens on low mg pages. It only happens at times, and on my zbox pages.  I have to use my recents to go to FM.
 
It isn't my batteries or all the things I have learned through the years to check.  Any ideas?  Thank you,

Must be a TV thing. Everything seems normal here in PC World.

Sounds like a network issue with Webtv. I done some pings to both ZboX and Dap from a server in Texas and both routes take just about the same amount of time.
