What 'ya got there??

Dagnab her! She did it again! She vanished for two and a half days. And naturally after the loss of Miss Elvira I was thinking she was someones lunch. But last night, I heard her "knock" at the front door (both Dude and Tootsie knock. Dude grabs the grate on the front screen door and pulls it making a distinct bang bang sound. Tootsie swats at the grate making a much softer ladylike sound), and I went running to the door and there she was. She was dirty (not unusual for her) and very hungry.
It's still a mystery what happens when she does this. We were starting to think she'd just go on a walk about from time to time. But she's so hungry when she gets back that I'm starting to think she gets herself locked in a garage or someplace.
