So what happened to Mig today?

In case ya'll missed it Mig was down for about an hour and a half today. What happened was one of the CPU's failed. Took a while to narrow down the cause. This is the main reason we "rent" our servers. Our providers are responsible for all hardware issues. They have techs in the datacenter and if something breaks it can be quickly replaced. If we had to handle everything on our servers then this outtage could have gone on for several hours if not days.

Remember this forum is hosted on Mig, so when Mig goes down so does this forum. Remember our server status page here:
